Cabinas Colibri is a family-run, rustic lodge set in the secluded Manzanilla–Gandoca reserve, with simple, clean rooms, a small pool and garden dining; the beach and lagoon are short walks and wildlife (birds, monkeys) is abundant. Hosts serve home-style Caribbean meals and run kayak and estuary tours, though the final stretch of road is unpaved.
